Full-Time Customer Service Representative - Winter Office

Job Description:
At Chippewa Valley Bank our Customer Service Representatives/Tellers are much more than traditional bank tellers. They are also the face of the bank as they assist our customers in opening new checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs and HSAs. They also help our customers in deciding which of our many convenient and time saving eservices, such as online banking, mobile banking, bill pay and others, best fit their needs. If you are interested in joining a team that is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service, while helping our customers achieve their financial goals, Chippewa Valley Bank is the place for you.
Education/Experience/Skills: High School Diploma or GED; skills using basic office equipment; the ability to demonstrate/explain use of current technology; handle and resolve customer inquiries in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner; basic math and cash handling abilities; customer service experience is a plus. Previous CSR/Teller experience is preferred.
Benefits/Wage: Excellent benefit package and highly competitive starting wage of $18.50/hour.
Signing Bonus: Chippewa Valley Bank is offering a signing bonus of $1,000.00 if candidate is hired and remains in employment for one full year.
