Mobile Banking

Bank at your convenience with Mobile Banking!

Check your balances, view transactions, make transfers or find a nearby office or ATM. You can do your banking from your phone with CVB's FREE Mobile Banking

There are 3 easy ways to use Mobile Banking

  • App: Requires a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
  • Text: Requires ability to send and receive text messages (additional cellular charges may apply)
  • Browser: Requires phone with internet access

Mobile Banking App

  1. Search for Chippewa Valley Bank in the App Store or Play Store on your smartphone, then download.
  2. Enter your Online Banking User ID and click Continue.
  3. Enter your Online Banking Password, click Continue.
  4. Answer your security question, click Continue.
  5. Don’t have Online Banking yet? Select Enroll Now underneath the User ID box.

Mobile Banking Text

  1. Log into Online Banking using a PC.
  2. Choose Profile (if not prompted to enroll), then Under Mobile Banking Profile, choose Enroll Now.
  3. Review the Terms and Conditions, click Continue.
  4. Check the box that says "Text Messaging", click Continue.
  5. Select your time zone, choose the accounts you wish to access through Mobile Banking, create nicknames for accounts and click Continue.
  6. Enter your Mobile Phone Number, click Continue.
  7. Your phone will receive a text message that includes an activation code.
  8. Enter the activation code on your PC and click Activate.

Mobile Banking Browser

  1. Log into online banking using a PC.
  2. Choose Profile (if not prompted), then under Mobile Banking Profile, choose Enroll Now.
  3. Review the Terms and Conditions, click Continue.
  4. Check the box that says "Mobile Browser" click Continue.
  5. Select your time zone, choose the accounts you wish to access through Mobile Banking, create nicknames for accounts, and click Continue.
  6. Enter your Mobile Phone Number, click Continue.
  7. Your phone will receive a text message that includes an activation code.
  8. Enter the activation code on your PC and click Continue.
  9. Your phone will then receive a text message with a link to Mobile Banking.
  10. Bookmark this link so you have it in the future.
  11. Click Login.
  12. Enter the answer to your security question.
  13. Enter your online banking password.

Mobile Deposit

We know you're busy. Why not save a trip to the bank?
Easily deposit checks from the comfort of your home with Chippewa Valley Bank's Mobile Banking App on your iPhone or Android device.

  1. Make sure your check is endorsed. If there is a box with “Check here if Mobile Deposit” or similar wording, check the box so you’ll know that you’ve already deposited this check somewhere.
  2. In the Chippewa Valley Bank App, select Deposits.
  3. Follow the prompts to make the deposit.
  4. Deposits can be verified under Deposits, Check Deposit History.
  5. Deposits are posted every 4 hours during regular business hours, Monday-Friday except on Bank Holidays. If the deposit is not showing in your account within 4 hours, please contact us at 866-282-3501 to verify the deposit was received and accepted by the bank.

Deposits are limited to $1,000.00 per check, or checks totaling $1,000.00 per business day. If these limits do not meet your needs, please contact us at 866-282-3501.
