Job Description:At Chippewa Valley Bank our Customer Service Representatives/Tellers are much more than traditional bank tellers. They are also the face of the bank as they assist our customers in opening new checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs and HSAs. They also help our customers in deciding which of our many convenient and time saving eservices, such as online banking, mobile banking, bill pay and others, best fit their needs. If you are interested in joining a team that is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service, while helping our customers achieve their financial goals, Chippewa Valley Bank is the place for you.Education/Experience/Skills: High School Diploma or GED; skills using basic office equipment; the ability to demonstrate/explain use of current technology; handle and resolve customer inquiries in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner; basic math and cash handling abilities; customer service experience is a plus. Previous CSR/Teller experience is preferred.Benefits/Wage: Paid time off based on schedule and highly competitive starting wage of $20.00/hour. Part-Time Loan Support Specialist - Hayward Office 20-25 hours per week; exact shift flexible/set during business hours Monday-Friday
Job Description:Chippewa Valley Bank, a rapidly growing, locally owned financial institution with 14 offices in Northern Wisconsin, is seeking a loan support specialist for our Hayward Office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, auditing and reviewing closed loan files, tracking missing documentation/exceptions, and pulling/maintaining regular portfolio and compliance reports. Experience is preferred, but willing to train the right individual.Education/Experience/Skills: High School Diploma or GED; skills using basic office equipment; attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
