Full-Time Customer Service Representative - Winter Office


Job Description:
At Chippewa Valley Bank our Customer Service Representatives/Tellers are much more than traditional bank tellers. They are also the face of the bank as they assist our customers in opening new checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs and HSAs. They also help our customers in deciding which of our many convenient and time saving eservices, such as online banking, mobile banking, bill pay and others, best fit their needs. Education/Experience/Skills:
High School Diploma or GED; skills using basic office equipment; the ability to demonstrate/explain use of current technology; handle and resolve customer inquiries in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner; basic math and cash handling abilities; customer service experience is a plus. Previous CSR/Teller experience is preferred.
Benefits/Wage: Excellent benefit package and highly competitive starting wage of $20.00/hour.
Signing Bonus: Chippewa Valley Bank is offering a signing bonus of $1,000.00 if candidate is hired and remains in employment for one full year.

Job Description:
Chippewa Valley Bank, a locally owned and rapidly growing financial institution with 13 offices in northwestern Wisconsin, is seeking a junior to mid-level loan officer for its Ashland, Bayfield, and Washburn offices. This individual will be responsible for performing the duties associated with both a consumer and commercial lending position. These duties would include originating, underwriting, closing, and monitoring both consumer and commercial loans. This individual should have the ability to work independently, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer 
relationships.
Education/Experience/Skills:

Ideal candidate would have a college degree with prior lending experience or work in the financial services industry.

Job Description:
Chippewa Valley Bank, a rapidly growing, locally owned financial institution with 13 offices in Northern Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced loan processor for our Hayward Office. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, processing of the consumer loan portfolio including document preparation, imaging, servicing and post-closing documentation.
Education/Experience/Skills:

High School Diploma or GED; skills using basic office equipment; attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
